The Natural Health Improvement Center of Idaho is currently looking for an outgoing, positive, and organized Administrative Assistant to work in our friendly, professional wellness office and support a growing Functional Nutrition practice. This is a part-time position with potential to grow into full time.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

Answer new patient phone calls, schedule patient appointments.
Check patients in for their office visit.
Set up accounts for each new patient to use and access our online portal.
Create patient files and update patient information as needed.
Take patient vital signs: blood pressure, heart rate variability, pulse oximeter, zinc status, and ensuring patients are comfortable in the treatment room.
Check patients out after a treatment, fulfill supplement prescriptions and collect fees for products and services rendered.
Track daily collections and services.
Manage inventory of office supplies and supplements.
Respond to patient emails, voicemails and text messages.
Maintain and create office protocols for front office and practitioners.
Light office tidy-up (Empty trash bins, water plants, empty vaccuum, refill supplies).
Manage Inventory.

Required skills and abilities:

The right candidate will be a self-starter, has great people skills and is detail oriented.
Must be organized and able to multi-task.
Proficient with MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint, Google.
Prior administrative office and/or accounting experience a plus, but not required.
